Warranty information  

We at FF DYNAMICS LLC have taken a completely different route and made our own rules for warranty.  We build radiators for race cars, and we warranty our radiators when put inside a race car.  Our warranty is the best we have seen yet from any radiator company.  Be it a stock car, slightly modified or full out race car, we will warranty it if our build quality fails.  Run a full out 500WHP 10 second car and spring a leak because a weld broke and guess what, we will honor the warranty and take care of the problem.  This is unheard of from any company that builds performance parts.  Now you ask how long is the warranty?  Guess what?  It is LIFETIME,  unlike most of the big name companies who offer 1 year limited. It does not get any better than this.

Ultra Cooling Fans: Lifetime Warranty on the Ultra Cooling Fans against Manufacturers Defects towards the original purchaser from authorized dealers.

FFD-LSD: FF Dynamics is in no way, shape or form responsible for incorrect installation causing damage or irresponsible handling of unit causing harm.  Buyers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase an FFD-LSD limited slip conversion kit. Warranties are void against incorrect installation, or modifications done to FFD-LSD units.

Temp. Control Module: 1 Year from purchase date - **Stripped POTs on the control module are due to user abuse because of too much force past the dial end points and are therefore NOT covered under warranty!**

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION:

ALL BUYERS MUST FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT COMES WITH EVERY FFD PRODUCT.  CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!  

ALL CARDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE.  IF YOU SEND IN YOUR CARD BUT FAIL TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU ONE TIME AND ONE TIME ONLY VIA EMAIL.  IF WE RECEIVE NO REPLY WITHIN 7 DAYS YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.  

FAILURE TO SUBMIT CARDS WILL VOID WARRANTY.  

ALL BUYERS MUST OPEN UP THEIR EMAIL ACCOUNTS TO ACCEPT EMAILS FROM WARRANTY@FFDYNAMICS.COM

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR CARD, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION W#.  EVERYONE WHO SENDS IN A CARD TO US RECEIVES THIS NUMBER.  IF YOU SENT IN YOUR CARD AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS NUMBER, IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS (AFTER YOU SENT IN THE CARD) TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR WARRANTY CARD AND WARRANTY NUMBER.  DO NOT WAIT TO CONTACT US UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF OUR ITEMS, STATING THAT YOU "NEVER RECEIVED A NUMBER, BUT I SENT IN THE CARD"  THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES FOR NOT HAVING A WARRANTY NUMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED.  IT IS UP TO OUR BUYERS TO TAKE 2 MINUTES OUT OF THEIR DAY WHEN THEY RECEIVE OUR PRODUCT TO FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD AND SEND IT IN & TO FOLLOW UP WITH US IF THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NUMBER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SENDING THE CARD IN.

FAILURE TO CONFIRM W# WHEN YOU FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM WILL VOID WARRANTY.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR TO REPLACEMENT BEING SENT OUT.  ALL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE FULLY EXAMINED AND REPLACED OR REPAIRED IF FOUND TO BE FAULTY.  RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.  THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS ON ANY TYPE OF RETURN.  BUYERS PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEMS TO US, BUT WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING, UNLESS WE FIND THE ITEM TO NOT TO BE FAULTY.   IF WE FIND THE ITEM TO NOT BE FAULTY, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FOR A TECH CHARGE AND RETURN SHIPPING.
