We use the most reliable and safest shipping services to ship out your order. Once you have placed your order, generally the order ships out within 2-3 business days fully insured with its tracking number provided to you via email. 

In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order, or is a special order, we will notify you via email with an approximate ETA where you will have the option of waiting or canceling your order.

Any orders over $300.00 will have a signature required for delivery.  All sales are considered final.

If you have placed your order, but have not yet received status information, and it has been more than 3 business days please contact us immediately for information about your order

Returns:  Should an item need to be returned, you must first contact us with an explanation and obtain an Return Authorization number.  Returns are determined by a case by case situation and are at the discretion of the FFD Management.   Returns will not be accepted for items that have been installed and/or wired up.  Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.   Because of our Free Shipping Policy, any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
